Of what, I have no idea, but a symbol nonetheless. I wrote it as one solid block of text and parsed everything out by recording myself singing the paragraph and separating the lines out based on when I needed to take a breath in the original recording, and based what ultimately became the vocal line on the melody I improvised for that recording. Improvisation as a writing tool sharpened to a somewhat cohesive whole.[/size]
