Biography
The prolific solo project of Cleveland's Lamont "Bim" Thomas (ex-Bassholes, Puffy Areolas, Unholy Two among others), Obnox treads on some junked-out Stooges/Pussy Galore terrain with ample heaps of white noise and stylistic curveballs. Definitely in the rock and roll corner, yet stretching into some wild and wooly places your traditionalist garage rockers opt not to tread; Obnox has issued 9 releases in only two years via labels like Permanent, 12XU, Anyway, Smog Veil and more.
