Biography
Lowe Opta are brothers Ian Watson and Mark Jolliffe. Growing up together in the UK the pair have been collaborating on improvised recordings and postal projects over recent years with previous efforts released on Ian's Phantomhead Recordings imprint and on Welsh label Fourier Transform.
