Scott Fraser chose the electric guitar as his preferred medium of expression, vehicle, talisman, tormentor, dance partner, wrestling opponent, philosopher stone, and spiritual guide. Working in the format of free improvisation, he utilizes extensive signal processing to craft dense, genre-melding electronic sound shapes. He has recorded for numerous indie labels, was Grammy-nominated for his work with Kronos Quartet and can be heard on the 4 CD Dylan tribute "Chimes of Freedom" benefitting Amnesty International.
