Recorded in the laundry room of a 1927 farmhouse on Manitoulin Island in Northern Ontario, Anamorphosis marks the second album by singer-songwriter Jamie Ward to be produced by Toronto musical savant Justin Haynes. The backbone of the record is an old chord organ found at the local dump paired with Jamie's often plaintive vocals and simple guitar strumming. "Giulietta Masina" is a musical variation on a song of the same title and set to the words by Bob Wiseman.
